I taught myself how to cook out of necessity and fell in love with the process. I was never satisfied with simply cooking to survive — I challenged myself to create everything from scratch. What began with trying to make a burger entirely from raw ingredients has turned into a constant pursuit to push the boundaries of what I know and discover what’s possible in cooking.
Food makes sense to me. Even outside of work, I’m constantly exploring — cooking for friends and family, testing new ideas, and chasing flavors I’ve never had before. I want to learn from the best of the best, and I know there’s still so much more to learn.
